Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Verdant Atelier ("we", "us", "our") for consultation, design, installation, or maintenance services, you ("client") agree to the terms set out below. These terms govern all work undertaken on your behalf.

2. Services

We provide plant styling, custom botanical installations, biophilic design consultancy, and ongoing maintenance plans. Specific deliverables will be detailed in a separate written proposal for each project.

3. Quotations & Payment

All quotations remain valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon completion of installation. Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance.

4. Living Materials

Plants are living organisms. While we select species suited to the conditions you describe, we cannot guarantee permanent vitality without an ongoing maintenance plan. A 30-day establishment guarantee is provided on all newly installed specimens.

5. Site Access

The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the site for installation and scheduled maintenance visits. Missed appointments may incur a rescheduling fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and concepts produced by Verdant Atelier remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Photographs of completed work may be used in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not liable for indirect damages, including damage caused by improper care after the establishment period has lapsed.

8. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 14 days before scheduled installation will receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 14 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable to cover sourcing and preparation.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
