A few quiet expectations that keep our practice — and your plants — thriving.

Within the studio, we ask that visitors refrain from touching plants on display. Many of our specimens are rare or in delicate stages of acclimation. A team member will gladly assist with closer viewing.
Personal photography is welcome. Commercial or editorial photography requires prior written consent. We are happy to facilitate this with advance notice.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the studio on a leash. Please note that some of our plants are toxic if ingested — we ask that pets remain at a respectful distance from displays.
For client maintenance visits, we ask that the designated plant areas remain accessible. Please inform us of any changes to access codes, alarms, or pets at least 48 hours in advance.
Clients without a maintenance plan are responsible for following our written care guide. Improper watering, lighting, or temperature changes are the most common causes of plant decline.
Due to the living nature of our products, plants are non-returnable. However, our 30-day establishment guarantee covers replacement of any specimen that fails to acclimate, provided care guidance was followed.
We respond to enquiries within two working days. For urgent maintenance issues with installed projects, please use the dedicated client line provided in your service agreement.
We ask clients to honour our sustainability values: reusing planters where possible, returning packaging for recycling, and considering long-term plant adoption rather than disposal.
We hold ourselves to a standard of calm, considered conduct, and ask the same of those we work with. Any form of disrespect toward our team will result in termination of service.
